Technical Description

The system consists of an aluminum cassette (132 x 120 mm), a rolling tube, screen fiberglass fabric, an aluminum weight, and stainless steel cables. It operates via an electric motor and can be controlled by a switch, a “smart home” system, or a remote control.

Production Technology Process

The screen material is cut and shaped using ultrasonic cold cutting technology, which melts the edges. This cold melting process for the PVC component in the screen material ensures durable sealed edges, preventing mechanical damage. This method provides precise measurements of the screen material, allowing for proper rolling even without side guides.

The lower part of the screen material, which fits into the aluminum weight, is shaped using ultrasonic welding of the PVC structure. The welding width is 20 mm, making the screen material opaque (smooth) at this point.

Using the same technology (ultrasonic welding on the upper side), the screen material is welded to a PVC flat strip (keder), which is then inserted into the groove of the aluminum rolling tube.
